The Destination Cafe and the adjacent Circle of Destination Motel are independently owned and operated. Elevated, casual American cuisine created by Chef Todd Glenn. You can comfortably dine inside, in our covered patio, or on the outside patio.

Not many choices in this town, but if you like smoked brisket you won't be disappointed. The meat was so tender it fell apart when you stuck a fork in it. It was also very tasty. Our server was very friendly and courteous.

We stopped here after 30+ miles of dirt road and were ready to eat. Got seated, got latte and coffee, then our meal. Maybe one of the best breakfasts ever! The place is really a cool place and wish we had been around to try dinner. If you need a great breakfast, eat here.

We were driving from Bryce Canyon to Moab through scenic Hwy 12 and stopped in Escalante looking for lunch. We saw many cars in front of this place and decided to park across the highway, as no parking spaces were available. We were struck by the decor and the great attitude of the restaurant staff. The food was just wonderful....

We stayed at the motel next door one night and tried the Circle D restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, varied menu, good food and general atmosphere. The next week we rented a small house and continued to eat at the circle D every night of our stay in Escalante. We were never disappointed.
